Yin Yoga & Kirtan

This evening we will go into the deep relaxation of the body and mind through Yin Yoga and singing Mantras. Relaxation gives us inner peace, we will be fully connected to our heart, our true self, it is also a journey of nurturing, processing and releasing.
Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice; working the body deeply with passive and longer-held poses. It increases blood circulation in the joints, improves energy flow, and overall physical and emotional well-being – releasing and connecting.
When our bodies are relaxed from Yin Yoga we can go into the heart and express our emotions and feelings through singing Mantras.
You don’t need experience with singing to join and your voice is welcome as it is.
This event is for you if you want to regain balance physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically.
