Step into a nurturing space designed to help you reconnect, release, and realign. Held in a
warm, welcoming space and a small, intimate circle, this journey allows for deeper connection,
gentle sharing, and a sense of safety as you explore your inner world.
Led by Smaragda Tsopanaki, a trained Trauma-Informed Instructor, each session invites you to
explore the wisdom of your body, soften into your emotions, and open space for meaningful
transformation. Whether you join for one gathering or all three, each breathwork journey
meets you exactly where you are.

Breathwork isn’t just a physical act; it’s a dance between mind, body, and spirit. In this
breathwork journey, we will tap into the wisdom our bodies hold. Our bodies are incredible
storytellers, holding onto the wisdom of every joy and pain we’ve experienced. Even when our
minds try to move on, our bodies remember and guide us. Trauma gets stuck in our bodies, at a
cellular level. So, to heal fully, we need to pay attention to our bodies too. Breathing is our link
to our bodies and our inner selves. It helps us let go of stored-up and suppressed feelings and
emotions.
With breathwork, individuals can access deep-seated and suppressed emotions, facilitating
their acknowledgment and eventual release. With each breath, we honor how our minds and
bodies are connected, finding peace and healing in the process. You will discover the powerful
connection between breathwork and positive change in your mind, body, and life. Breathwork
is a powerful tool for deep, long-lasting transformation and improved well-being.

Preparation
Wear comfortable, layered clothing
Bring an eye mask, a notebook and a pen, or an extra blanket (we provide one)
Avoid heavy meals 1.5 hours before the session
Contraindications
pregnancy, epilepsy, detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure,
cardiovascular conditions (including previous heart attack), certain mental health conditions,
and aneurysms.
Participants with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult their physician and the
facilitator beforehand.
